One of the questions I have as a person living in #poverty is why do #secureCreditCards charge 30% interest when middle class get #creditCards with #APY of 6-15%? Plus charge an annual fee for no benefits?
They claim they take higher risk, but your limit is what deposit you put down. What risk?
