Photo collage of a small piece of druzy that's been coated in copper tape and soldered to create fine lines much like a ginkgo leaf and small swirls. The inner copper color can be faintly seen tinting the druzy a slightly peach undertone, that looks nice with skin tones.
Turning the soldering iron up to around 700°F has allowed a lot more control of details. Still a noob, but so far I like how this is coming out. Hoping to make a ring. Eventually. #soldering #jewelry #softsolder

I got to play with more soft soldering during a skillshare at CAFAC this past weekend thanks to Annemarie (Luna Sub Rosa). Getting the blobs round and not pointy was a challenge but I'm really happy with the result!
