Original fanart by Teabiscuits depicting a fictional/non-canon "Neopets" species called "Kiriphym". These creatures are shown to be a hybrid of sea-turtles and sea-dragons, though with suckered-tentacles as ears/antennae. There are several color-variations of the design shown to the right, including Neopets exclusive colors such as "Valentine" and "Chocolate". The main text reads as follows: "Kiriphym, a Neopets fan-concept by Teabiscuits. Native to the reefs of Maraqua, Kiriphym are a playful species which lead idyllic lives amongst gentle waves. Kiriphym culture revolves around up-cycling -- making use of both litter and seafloor finds to craft decor and other fineries. Friendly by nature, though sometimes to a fault, the species will often attempt to corral other Neopets into their playtime. Kiriphym diets largely includes fresh seafood and sea vegetable, but they make do with other food sources according to individual preference. Kiriphym often decorate their shells with artwork, trinkets, as well as organic plant and sea life -- these terrariums are often well-kept and covetously protected."
