Photograph of a Great Egret - a beautiful large all white waterbird with a long dagger like orange beak for spearing fish and long black legs. This one was using the back of a Water Buffalo as its platform for fishing...until the Buffalo decided to submerge. Only the very top of the Buffalo's shoulders are now above water and the Egret has its wings open and has lifted one foot out of the water as it tries to keep its balance
