Family visit + Star Bread by @kingarthurbaking = zero leftovers. Soft, golden, pull-apart layers with basil-cilantro-jalapeño pesto-chutney. Baked into star, devoured instantly despite pesto leaking out and making it look messy 😜.

This morning we did some earrands and got some #Starbread and #Donuts. Then an epic nap. Made dogfood. Played #CrusaderKings3 in between catching up on #swverance and #silo.

マルシャン スターブレッド。
食パンと菓子パンの間くらいのほんのりした甘さ。電子レンジで少し温めるとやわやわになって美味しいです。
(結構カロリー高めなので1切れで)

新潟県長岡市にあるマルシャンのSTAR-BREAD。
北野エースで買ってきました。

以前にも一度買ってきたことがありました。
何でも年間50万本売れるのだとか。

水分が多くてやわやわ、ほんのり甘く菓子パンの風味。
焼かずに電子レンジで温めるのが良いそうです。

私は明日から頂きます。
