It's head is held high, but it's paw is under its chin with the index and middle finger pointed up, similar to a "finger gun". You can see an abstract bullet overlaying the picture and the red outline has some splatter reminiscent of blood. Overlayed York is an outline of the old host Silas with their mouth agape and their eye replaced with an 'X' to represent them being shot to death. Going to gush a bit here now, but this song means a LOT to me and it gives me a lot of euphoric feelings listening to it. Subverting the common trope of trans ppl "killing" their old selves and essentially flaunting it is so cool to me and I know it's overdone but I still love it to bits. I also have a personal tie with this song somewhat representing my system and how the "old me"(Silas) is now "dead and gone" (dormant) and they've had their fair share of bullshit so being rid of them at least for now is beneficial.

From the light there's the other 5 alters of the system almost sprouting out and up, but cascading down and to the left. From top to bottom, right to left, it's York, the Qilin; Wraith, the Hyaena-croc ghost; Jamie, the Spotted Skunk; Riot, the Angel Sheep; and Kodi, the Polar Bear Cub. They're all outlined in specific colours as well. York is outlined in red, Wraith in green, Jamie in orange, Riot in blue, Kodi in purple, and Silas in yellow. The outlines of all the alters except Silas trail down towards the light coming from Silas' chest to further show we all came from them. The background is a sunset cloudy background.
Drew this during the snowstorm as well and the day after. I'm quite proud of this piece tbh, and it has a bit of sentimentality behind it too. Always enjoy drawing pics of us together :3
