Oh no! I’m sorry your hip is bothering you. Good that the moving seems to be helping a little. I’m still doing #TakeFive too. I went to the grocery store for one of the two hours. Then did a couple things I needed to do out in the garage.

Hi Sweetheart. Did you get your day out yesterday? I’m still #TakeFive. I had a couple of days with some flare up in my replaced hip. F*cker hurt like hell & gave way a few times. 🤷♀️ So I feel I wasn’t moving around enough? Anyway feeling much better today. 🤗🤗🫂🫂
