The Pokémon charcadet is up to her chest in snow, having melted through it due to charcadet always being on fire. A shiny ralts is coming up to her, hands pinned behind their back and observing.
The ralts has stopped, trying to be helpful and using their psychic power to lift the charcadet out of the snow. The charcadet is very surprised now that she’s suddenly airborne.

The same meloetta described in the first image, but this time paired with a roaring moon- the primal design of the salamence line in the scarlet/violet games. The meloetta is sitting with her eyes closed on the forearm of the roaring moon while the gray dragon is laying down. A second drawing has the meloetta cuddling the head of the dragon. The roaring moon has more squared feathers than the canon design does, implying this is where the meloetta got her feather clip from.
