USBE reviews accommodations rules and resources for RISE, ACT and UA Plus USBE special-education staff reviewed IDEA-based accommodations policy, explained that teams make accommodation decisions (not USBE), and pointed LEAs to the RISE administration manual, TIDE user guide, assistive-technology manual, and exceptional-accommodation request form.

USBE's Jessica Wilhel just laid down the law on accommodations for statewide tests, emphasizing that team-based decisions are key to meeting individual student needs!
