A long haired news reporter wearing a button up shirt with a blazer and a watch on her wrist drops her microphone in surprise as a mysterious tv-headed stranger drops a television screen over her own head. The tv screen on the stranger reads "Breaking News" on a channel dubbed 69. The woman's tv screen has static and an exclamation point on it.

The reporter holds the sides of her new television head, seemingly overwhelmed by the device, as the other tv-headed stranger swings the reporter's microphone around while patting the top of her tv head. Her blazer is now absent and we can see the outline of her bra straining her shirt as her breasts expand, bursting two of the buttons on it. The pieces of a chunky bracelet begin to materialize on her wrist, and her watch is being transmorgified into the same bracelet. The reporter's tv screen reads "PLEASE STAND BY" with the image of a broken glass brain leaking its fluids, while the stranger's tv headed screen reads "We'll be right back! after these messages..." with the image of said stranger standing innocently with a hammer peeking behind their back.

The former reporter is now settled limply in the stranger's arms, no longer resisting the tv-headset and enjoying the pleasure it seems to bring her. Her shirt is untucked and unbuttoned enough to reveal that her breasts have gotten much bigger, and the bra she was wearing has been pulled down under them. She is holding her microphone once more, limply, a label for "News 69" haphazardly placed onto it. The stranger is now wearing her former blazer and is behind her, snapping one finger triumphantly while fondling the reporter's left breast with their other hand. The stranger's screen reads: "Rapid Decline in the Smarts Market Leaves Breast Industry Booming!" with a ticker underneath scrolling the text "BREAKING NEWS - COULD YOU BE NEXT?". There is an image behind the text of an antenna on a world globe sending out a rippling signal. The reporter's screen is a corrupted weather alert screen that reads "High humidity, spring showers, and busty women in your area" with a heart punctuating it. The ticker at the bottom of her screen alternates between "WEATHER" and "BOOB TUBE".
