People in Toronto are very risk-averse. People are scared to talk about their startup idea, thinking people are gonna be scared, people are gonna take their idea. But that's only stopping them from being successful.
Last week, #YCombinator officially stated it would no longer invest in Canadian startups. This week #TechTO hosted an event with the Canadian #YC alumni, and let's see what they say:
