This afternoon I switched from #Bell to #Telus for Internet services. Making sure everything is working correctly, called Bell to cancel their service. After talking/hold/talking/hold for 39min:17sec got what should’ve taken maybe 5-10min: a return label for the modem.
Long story short: Bell sucks.
