Day 2 of The Last Bite starts with Ben and Mike in front of Janice's estate, Cleaver Manor. Inspector Rutherford would soon join them, fashionably late by 5 minutes as Janice's clocks all seem to be the same!
Barry is hosting the historical food quiz dressed in his best Hamilton garb, as Jamie notes.
James and Jamie are forced, er... chosen, to take part in the historical food quiz, and round 1 starts off with a stonker of a jello salad from America. The guys have to guess the decade/century/approximate year (whatever Baz decides for that round, really...😂) that dish originated from, but there's a catch! One of the dishes is fake!
James and Jamie are seeing the visual timeline (that we can also see on screen,) with a range of years from 1500 all the way to modern 2025. Some key points are indicated, such as the "founding" of fast food, the beginning of the canning process, and other emoji stylized moments in history.
Day 2 of @sortedfood.bsky.social's #TheLastBite is afoot, and the lads are left with as many questions about the mystery as dishes needing to be cooked!
