A miniature quilt, in warm brown tones and contrasting ice blue, with an English penny for scale. The quilt is roughly 5 pennies long. Each section is under 1 centimetre square. On it is a model of a small ball-jointed cat staring at the penny as though about to pounce on it
The same quilt but without the penny and the cat, white with a black cap and rump, is sat in the middle.
The quilt without the cat showing the full, simple design of the squares (with all its misaligned flaws). The pattern is made from 3 different fabrics: light brown with blue round leaf sprigs, light brown with dark brown pointing leaf sprigs, detailed floral pattern with light and dark blue leaves, brown stems and the hint of pale peach to pink flowers on some squares. The whole quilt is edged in a thin border in dark brown. The underside can just be seen and is the pale brown fabric with dark brown pointed sprigs.
Miniature quilt in all its flawed glory. But at least I finished it.
