Auf einem bunt gestreiften Tischset steht im Dunklen links ein gestieltes Nosing Glas (Spiegelau Stifter) mit einem Schluck Whisky. Rechts daneben, im Hintergrund, der Karton der wiederum weiter rechts stehenden Flasche. Der Schriftzug "Tomatin" und eingekreist die Zahl 18 sind zu erkennen. Die Flasche ist zu ca. 2/3 geleert. Oben prangt auch hier groß der Tomatin Schriftzug und auf dem braunen Etikett weiter unten ist wiederum die 18 zu sehen.
Mal wieder ein #Whisky Post. Ein volljähriger #Tomatin, abgefüllt mit 46%, aus dem Oloroso Fass. Erstaunlich trocken, ölig, Datteln und Feigen, dunkle Schokolade, etwas Kaffee und eine leichte Bitternote im langen Abgang. Interessanter #Malt.

Woohoo. Saturday night and I’m off to visit pals in #GlenAffric to play bagpipes, whistles, bodhrans and singing. All helped along by a bottle of #Tomatin whisky. It’s possibly the best weather we’ve had in 4 months. The #midges will be fierce, though. Enough to bite you on your bum through denim.

By 2025 I will take receipt of my new #Scottish #smallpipes. After 20 months I finally get to the top of the makers list #lochalshpipes. In the meantime. I make do with these borders set he made me, but with small pipes chanter. Am practicing in the company of #Tomatin whisky.
