Commission: It's fun at the beach! Leaf invited her friends and partners to have some fun in the sun! As well as showing off their bodies~ 1/2 #Pokemon #Leaf #Kris #May #TrainerLeaf #TrainerKris #TrainerMay
For the second time ever, I've drawn a canon compliant May. I'm not the only one who thinks she gives off chubby vibes, right?

Sketch of Leaf and May from pokemon as adults. Leaf is sitting on the floor with a blunt in her hand and an upset look on her face. May is standing around looking nonchalant. The speech bubble says: "May, where is the rapping Kangaskhan? I got this 2003 movie about a rapping Kangaskhan. Like there is a rapping Kangaskhan right there on the cover. The movie's almost over, May. I am actually getting so upset right now."

Preliminary pencil sketches for a comic page. The comic focuses on the character of Sapphire from Pokemon Adventures / Pokemon Special, her Relicanth, an enemy Kingler, and its army of Krabby. 1: The characters are underwater. Kingler, perched atop a tower of coral, makes a massive swipe with its claw, sending a claw-shaped shockwave toward Sapphire and Relicanth in the foreground. Sapphire and Relicanth flinch backward, narrowly dodging the shockwave. 2: The shockwave hits a rock formation in the background, shattering it. Unperturbed, Sapphire glares and points at the offscreen Kingler, silently directing her Relicanth to swim forward with intense force and speed. 3: A closeup of Relicanth's tail skimming the ocean floor, sweeping up a clump of mud. 4: A closeup of Krabby rising up from the ocean floor where they'd been hiding, mud dripping down off of them.
Preliminary pencil sketches for another comic page, not in sequence with the previous one. 1: Sapphire bursts up above the surface of the ocean, gasping for breath, startling a fisherman (Wilton) on his boat. She's dramatically backlit by the sun. 2: Sapphire squints and turns away from the bright sun, shielding her eyes. 3: Sapphire dives back under the water. 4: Sapphire, underwater, is startled to see Relicanth flailing in distress and pain as Krabbys surround it and pelt it with Bubble Beam. 5: Sapphire gets between Relicanth and the Krabbys, angrily kicking her leg and knocking several Krabby back. 6: Closeup on Kingler pulling its claw back for a punch. 7: Closeup on Relicanth noticing this and gasping. 8: Kingler swings its claw toward the viewer dramatically, launching itself forward for an attack.
A heavily textured watercolor painting in a cartoony art style. The scene is set underwater with greenish tints over the background, yellow-green towards the top (towards the light) and blue-green towards the bottom. In the background spirally tower of coral shoots up from the sea floor, covered in seaweed, algae, and other undersea plants. There are little caverns within the coral, out of which Pokémon are peeking, mostly Krabby (a small orange-and-yellow crab-like Pokémon) and a few Spheal (a round ball-like blue-and-yellow Pokémon with seal-like fins, mouth and ears). At the top of the coral tower, backlit by rays of sunlight reflected through the surface of the water, stands a Kingler, a large orange-and-yellow crab-like Pokémon, standing defensively with one large claw raised in the air. It's glaring towards the foreground of the image where Sapphire/May is diving down with a Relicanth in a trail of bubbles, gripping a Pokéball and grinning mischievously up at the Kingler. Sapphire/May is a slim teen girl with pale skin and brown hair that's short in back and comes out in two long shapes on either side of her face. She's wearing her Omega Ruby Alpha Sapphire outfit, a red bandanna tied into a bow on her forehead, a red tank top, white shorts over black bicycle short leggings, and yellow sneakers with red and black markings. Relicanth is a large fishlike Pokémon, dark brown with light brown camouflage markings and an armored face, ending in a horn at the top, which Sapphire/May is holding onto.

Preliminary pencil sketches for a comic page drawn with blue, teal, red, and green lines. The comic focuses on the character of Sapphire from Pokemon Adventures / Pokemon Special and her Relicanth, and features other pokemon. 1: Sapphire and Relicanth are in the middle of the ocean, their heads just above the surface of the water, an island visible in the distance behind them. Sapphire takes a deep breath. 2: Sapphire and Relicanth plunge below the surface of the water, swimming happily between towering rock formations. A few Magikarp are swimming nearby. 3: Sapphire watches in awe as the Magikarp swim up to join a giant Gyarados. 4: Sapphire and Relicanth dive to the sandy ocean floor, Sapphire stretching her hands toward something buried in the sand. A Tentacool drfits past and a Shellder is submerged in the sand nearby. 5: The Shellder sleeps peacefully while Sapphire scoops a Water Stone out of the sand, admiring it while Relicanth floats nearby. 6: Sapphire turns and reaches down for another Water Stone in the sand, but pauses, seeing that it's cast in shadow. 7: Sapphire looks up in wonder. What she sees is not visible, but she's completely in awe, the Water Stone forgotten.

A digital drawing of two rectangular telephone cards featuring the Pokémon “Pikachu” and “Marill” from the Pokémon series by Game Freak. Pikachu is a yellow rodent Pokémon with long black-tipped ears and red circles on their cheeks, and a lightining bolt-shaped tail. Marill is a small, blue, rodent-esque Pokémon which is almost entirely spherically shaped with a white belly, round ears with red insides, and short arms and feet with no visible digits. There is a blue, bubble-like ball at the tip of its zigzagging black tail. Pikachu and Marill are drawn against a yellow/green and blue background, respectively, and surrounded with white orbs, circular shapes, and sparkles. The telephone card designs, which are credit card-size plastic or paper card used to pay for telephone services, feature arrows to indicate the direction in which the card is inserted into a public telephone, the numbers “0”, “1”, “5”, “10”, “20”, and “30”, the circular pokeball symbol, and in Japanese, space for a date, the words “sample”, and “telephone card 50”
A digital drawing of the character “May” from the Pokémon series by Game Freak. May is a young girl with two long strands of brown hair portruding from her bandanna, which is green with white rectangular bands. Her outfit is a sleeveless short-skirted red onepiece, with a black collar and a white pocket visible on the front. Black shorts are just visible underneath. Her gloves are white with black digits. Her armband is green with black on each edge, her socks are black, and her shoes are a combination of red, grey, and black. May is smiling at the camera and has blue eyes. The drawing has been made to resemble a rectangular “telephone card”, which is a credit card-size plastic or paper card used to pay for telephone services. Around the edges of the telephone card are an arrow to indicate the direction in which the card is inserted into a public telephone, the numbers “0”, “1”, “5”, “10”, “20”, and “30”, the circular pokeball symbol, and in Japanese, space for a date, the words “sample”, and “telephone card 50”. The background on the card is a silver prism design with a visible rainbow. A slightly faded QR code is also featured on the card, and there is a also a sticker which reads “SINCE ’04”
