The proposition of #Trainline used to be that their tickets were discounted over direct sales. Nowadays their tickets are the same price as over the counter AND they add an approximately 2% booking fee.

#trainline and #UKrail operators take note. I always take the train in France because I know if my plans change I get a no hassle refund. Trying to get a refund in UK is complex or impossible. You have to make it easy to take the train. It has to be the first option.
