You know, as I sit here, uploading the recent VODs, I'm thinking that it's not worth investing time in #TronCatalyst. The game didn't capture me like 'Identity' did. Which is really a shame because for as short as 'Identity' was, everything about it was solid. A proper sequel would've been better.

Back home after a few days dog-sitting at my sister’s, downloaded #TronCatalyst by @bithellgames.bsky.social onto my main gaming PC, so I could continue my save from the Steam Deck.
An RTX 3090 & ultrawide monitor allows the game visuals to almost burn my retinas! 😎

Tron: Catalyst offers an engaging setting and time-travel mechanics but falls short with shallow combat and frustrating vehicle sections.
It captures the visuals of the franchise but lacks the movie's essence.
A missed opportunity for a true Tron experience.

I am completely rubbish at timed button pushing for parry, block, etc. in #TronCatalyst, so my combat style is like in #EdgeOfTomorrow when Cage runs around J Squad near the end of this clip, with Lock On, circling the enemy and shooting my rebounding disc from distance. 😋
