「答えを教えない経営支援」が生む変化。Updraftの参加者事例を公開 1. マイビジネスアシスト／ファシリテーター講座の概要株式会社Updraftが提供する「マイビジネスアシスト」および「ファシリテーター講座」では、ノウハウや正解を一方的に伝える支援は行っていません。参加者が自分自身と向き合い、「どうしたいのか」「何を選ぶのか」を考え続けられる状態をつくること。それが、Updraftが一貫して大切にしている支援のあり方です。本リリースでは、実際に支援を受けた参加者の声をもとに、「答えを教えない関わり方」がどのような変化につながったのかを紹介します。 2. 参加者の声を発信する目的 Updraftでは、成果や数字だけを切り取って支援を語ることはしていません。なぜなら、事業の変化は、その前段階で起きる「思考」や「向き合い方」の変化から始まると考えているからです。今回取り上げる参加者の声も、成果の大きさや種類はさまざまです。しかし、支援の過程でどのような関わりがあり、その結果どんな変化が起きたのかを見ていくことで、Updraftが大切にしている支援の特徴が浮かび上がってきます。 3. 参加後に起きた変化や成果〈 Aさん：教室業〉 ■ 悩み・課題・教室運営を続ける中で、今後どのように広げていくべきか分からなかった・対面中心の運営から、オンラインにも取り組む必要があり、進め方に迷いがあった・集客や講座設計について判断に自信が持てず、手探りの状態が続いていた ■ 支援プロセス・分からない点や不安をその都度言語化し、対話を重ねながら状況を整理した・一方的に答えを示されるのではなく、どの選択が自分に合っているのかを一緒に考えた・納得できた方向性をもとに、自分の判断で行動に移していった ■ 結果・講座が満席となった・オンライン企画に多くの参加が集まった・活動の幅が広がった〈 Bさん：ファッション業〉 ■ 悩み・課題・ファッションに関わる活動を行う中で、事業をどう軌道に乗せるか模索していた・誰かにプロデュースされる形ではなく、自分自身で世界観をつくりたいと考えていた・判断の軸をどこに置くべきか、明確になっていなかった ■ 支援プロセス・「正解をもらう」よりも、「自分で選び、決める」ことを前提とした対話が行われた・日々の選択についても、自分の感覚や価値観を大切にする視点を持つようになった・事業だけでなく、日常の判断についても考え方を整理していった ■ 結果・日常の選択に迷いが減った・自分で決めて進めているという感覚を持てるようになった〈 Cさん：スクール運営〉 ■ 悩み・課題・スクールを運営する中で、単に教える場ではなく、人が安心して集まれる居場所をつくりたいと考えていた・活動の方向性や価値観を大切にしながら、事業としても続けていきたいという思いがあった ■ 支援プロセス

The recent controversy surrounding Adin Rosss comments about Doechii has sparked a much-needed conversation about respect, entitlement, and the treatment of Black women. In this post, well delve into the heart of the matter, exploring the complexities of this issue and what it means for us as individuals and as a collective.The Problem with ContemptWhen someone like Adin Ross makes derogatory comments about Doechiis success, its not just an attack on her; its a reflection of our societys deeper issues. The fact that some men nod along or laugh off such remarks is particularly disturbing. It sends a message that disrespect towards Black women is acceptable, and their excellence is somehow threatening. This mindset is rooted in a toxic culture that perpetuates the idea that Black women are only worthy of respect if they conform to certain expectations.The Numbers GameOne of the most insidious tactics used to belittle Doechiis achievements is the numbers argument. By focusing on listener screenshots and virality, detractors aim to reduce her career to a mere statistic. However, this approach ignores the fact that Doechii has earned critical acclaim, a Grammy, and a growing body of work that resonates with audiences worldwide. Its time we recognize that talent, vision, and hard work are what drive success, not just fleeting popularity.The Studio Diss: A Tantrum in DisguiseAdin Rosss studio diss was a prime example of how some individuals use their platforms to provoke and stir up controversy. By dragging Doechiis name alongside other artists, he created a spectacle that had nothing to do with genuine critique or analysis. This behavior is not only hurtful but also perpetuates a culture of disrespect towards Black women.Doechiis Reaction: A Beacon of HopeIn the face of such adversity, Doechii chose not to engage with her detractors. Instead, she focused on sharing her success, sunsets, and staying committed to her craft. This approach is a testament to her strength and resilience. By refusing to perform rage or validate the negative attention, Doechii demonstrated that silence can be a powerful tool for self-preservation.A Call to ActionAs Black men, we have a responsibility to acknowledge our role in perpetuating this culture of disrespect. We must ask ourselves why were comfortable when disrespect is the punchline and why were louder about imagined shortcuts than real work. Its time we recognize that defending Black women is not optional but essential.A Message to Adin RossTo Adin Ross, I say: if you cant critique Doechiis music, then keep her name out of your mouth. Your platform has a responsibility to uplift and inspire, not tear down and belittle. By doing so, youll not only be respecting Doechii but also contributing to a more inclusive and respectful environment for all.ConclusionThe controversy surrounding Adin Rosss comments about Doechii is just the tip of the iceberg. Its a symptom of a deeper issue that affects us all – our treatment of Black women. As we move forward, lets strive to create a culture that values respect, empathy, and understanding.
