I agree this is one of the dumbest videos videos ever made. lol. But this video is a good encapsulation of Roth era Van Halen. This is who they were; a loud, raucous, FUN band. They were the 80s antidote to 70s Rock artists who took themselves SO seriously. Roth era #VanHalen was a party, man.

Agreed. #VanHalen 's, Why Can't This Be Love? has some cheesey lyrics, but is a decent song.
I can think of dozens of songs with much, much worse lyrics.
