Downtown Stockholm and the Vasa Museum. — Kuo Vadis Almost everyone tells me to visit teh Vasa Museum, and so I make it the focus of my first full day in Stockholm.

The first thing everyone tells me to visit in #Stockholm is the #VasaMuseum, devoted to a 17th-century ship that sank in the harbor on its maiden voyage. It did not disappoint!

One of the most touristy things we've done in #Stockholm, but totally worth it. The #VasaMuseum is a fantastic example of how to bring history to life.
I do kinda feel bad for those boat designers though, who'll forever be known for their incompetence and catastrophic failure.
