Roya Roach was a cockroach-like demon with four arms. Her large, oval-shaped head featured a pair of circular eyes and sharp teeth. Atop her head rested a crown-like adornment, from which a pair of antennae protrude, emphasizing her insectoid nature. She wore a grand, ornate bow tie with a central gem at her neck, complementing her elaborate, noble-like attire. Her dark jacket showcased a striking vertical stripe pattern, with loose, flowing outer sleeves that contrast against the form-fitting ones of the shirt beneath.
