mexico just banned #fentanyl - even in hospital use - for life

mexico also banned #vapes. weed is legal in mexico up to 28 grams. so carts, #e-cigs, and i guess #vuse mexico just shuts the fuck down?

i buy a vuse e-cig any time i'm on a long bus ride or car ride either in the US or Mexico. :(
