Thank you @croydon labour team, we spoke to plenty of #waddon residents ; housing is by far the biggest concern, communal doors not closing or off all together for weeks; rough sleepers entering blocks a significant concern amongst many . @rowennadavis.bsky.social and I will do all we can.

Service charges are crippling leaseholders in #Waddon and around the country.

We will work with managing agents and our MP Sarah Jones MP for full transparency and understanding of the charges leaseholders are asked to pay, that they are reasonably incurred and receiving best value.
