Taylor Street Protected Bikeway Existing Conditions Open House
(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host an open house to solicit public feedback about transportation needs and existing conditions to develop a preferred conceptual design of a protected bikeway that will improve safety and operations along Taylor Street NE from North Capitol St NW to South Dakota Ave NE.

TIME: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (this is an open house, stop by at any time within this timeframe)
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING: Come to the location listed above anytime between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, to learn more about the bikeways program and the Taylor Street NE protected bikeway project. Provide input to DDOT staff about your challenges walking, taking transit, biking, and/or driving along Taylor Street NE. Your input will inform a preferred conceptual design for a protected bikeway that improves service and safety on Taylor Street NE.

Materials from this meeting will be made available on the study website within 72 hours of meeting conclusion. Those who would like to leave a comment about the study can do so by leaving a comment on the project website.
DDOT will hold an open house at Woodridge Library (18th & Hamlin & Rhode Island Ave NE) on Saturday, January 11, from 11am to 1pm to hear about "transportation needs and existing conditions…along Taylor St NE from North Capitol St NW to South Dakota Ave NE."
