Getting too close to a Wandering Weeper will cause the individual to cry. The longer it's been since a person cried, the more intense the weeping will be. This creature demands we pay respect to our wounds, compelling all in its area to give dues appropriate to what is owed, no matter how deeply buried the source of tears may be.
