Ive lost 75 pounds in 2 years and it’s really hard to convince myself that I don’t need the bigger sizes. I just got an order of clothes that are too big and are probably 2 sizes too big, but I’m terrified of going that small because I’ve never worn that size before

Oops guys, the intrusive thoughts won and I weighted myself bc I'm at my grandparents' house and there was a scale in the bathroom. Of course, this made the thoughts worse.
