This 2019 Shai Hong Cha I brought home is a sun-dried black tea made from wild tea trees in Wawee’s jungles. Its flavour is as wild and beautiful as its origin—smooth, floral, with hints of honey and dried fruit.

One of the highlights of my trip through northern Thailand a few years ago was visiting #DoiWawee, where I met a family of tea producers. They handpick leaves from wild tea trees growing in their natural jungle habitat and transform them into incredible teas.
