3/1/2026 Spicy food is not for me #writersworkshop My taste buds are wimps with non-spicy foods, so I rarely eat spicy foods. I'm also a picky eater, so I've never been one to just try a food to see what it tastes like. I know I won't like it just by the sight, smell, and the perceived texture. 😉 But to answer the questions "What was the spiciest food you ever ate?

I'm unable to physically go to the locations of the inhumanity and aggression, so I do what I can behind the scenes. This helps me not feel so helpless to do 'something'.

02/08/2026 Writer’s Workshop – A great deal #writersworkshop #wine The Safeway grocery store in a neighboring town where I used to buy wine went out of business Nov. 1, 2025. In the two months prior to the closing, the store purged its inventory at increasingly higher discounts. By the week prior to closing, all of the wine was Buy One, Get One Free. My wine preferences are a tart Sauvignon Blanc for a white and a dark Malbec for red.
