The mini eggplant, perennial winter savory herb, kale, and celery have not germinated yet.

Homemade pepper jam time! Used the remaining hot peppers from the garden, store-bought bell peppers, used just apple cider with no added water, and the low sugar pectin. And just before this week’s freeze warnings! 🌱🫑🌶️

It’s harvest time! Used veggies fresh from the garden for a while, time to harvest and preserve. Bags of tomatoes in the freezer for sauce and jalapeño jam from the peppers. I’ll need to buy bell peppers since critters ate those plants. 🌱

In spite of our extremely horrible early to end of spring weather conditions& resources, such as container sizes& nutrient resources, it worked out ok🙂🇨🇦

Planted 6 seeds, which all germinated into lovely seedlings(sacrificed 1 from each pot)& remaining 6 size controlled are thriving!!

These 4cherry bell tomato plant I grew from seed (gave 2 plants to my mom)& notice in the top left corner hour, friend?😃🇨🇦
