The beginning of a tiny microcrochet blanket lies on my fingertips. It’s made of sewing thread. Most of it is white, with a row of bobble stitches below a row of tiny red hearts.

Wondering the same things! I’ve been using #112scale as one so far… but I’ve had the same trouble with seeing a lot of gaming minis (which are fine but not my thing).
I’ve been meaning to figure out how to make a custom feed but haven’t sat down with it yet.
A teeny tiny dollhouse blanket in pastel colors, with partially finished scalloped border. An owl stitch marker is holding the last stitch. A spool of pastel green cotton sewing thread is in a small wooden bowl beside the miniature blanket.
I decided on a border style. I think I have another half hour of stitching before I do finishing work and blocking, but I should probably head to bed for now.

A partly-made (work in progress) corner to corner miniature crochet blanket made of thread in pastel colors . It’s covering most of my palm. My watch band below it is rainbow-striped.

The left corner is where I’m starting to decrease on that side to keep the width the same, while I make it a bit longer. Then I will decrease both sides to make the other corner.
