They've sent me an email today, 5th January, telling me that my mobile plan has been renewed and will be renewed again on 5th January - which is today! Supposed to be a monthly plan. It's all gone tits up since 3 merged with Vodafone, now they couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

5th February sounds a lot more appropriate...

Sorry my friends, by my recent Posts I will be driving most of you South & out of my hemisphere.
I have 3 problems with #3Mobile 1.they do not provide the Services suggested.
2.Ive gone 10 days without any Broadband.
3.The suggestion that I can fix the matter myself led by an #Asian is a joke!!🤬🤬

My new Router arrived today & I went through 5(Five) members of Staff who all hung up on me for nil. They think I don't know what my #Settings are then they keep repeating the Wrong Password I'm returning everything!

WOW! Problems with Calls/Texts for 14 hours, utter lies!/ I couldn't do anything for at least 3/4 Days. I've got the Screenshots to prove it.
Don't be relying on #3Mobile to offer any #Compensation been with them for 14 yrs at least & you need to fight them for what's right! #3MobileScheisters

This happens all the time. Sometimes no access from my own home in London or from nearby.

3 stinks. I'll be looking for a better provider. Their claim of 99% coverage is a joke.

I'll be keeping a landline forever, so the 999 problem is no issue *at*home*.
