To Behcet’s or not to Behcet’s?
-Aphtous ulcers have unique features(broad ddx)
-Oral+Genital ulcers=CAP not necessary BD.
-Pathergy test ⬆️specific and not limited to skin!
-Pulmonary arterial aneurysms=almost pathognomonic.
