上周六2.7，18位志愿者们顶着寒风在法拉盛和elmhurst，拜访了总计110户商家，宣传移民权利，张贴出“私人区域”的标识，分享司法令状和行政令状的区别。有志愿者说嘴都冻僵了（然后喝到了商家提供的免费姜茶），很多移民工人向我们表示感谢。除了说普通话的志愿者，会说西班牙语和韩语的志愿者们也发挥了自己的语言技能，会藏文的志愿者还翻译了藏语的权利卡片，争取让我们的移民保护行动覆盖到尽可能多的人。
感谢所有参与了行动的伙伴，期待在之后天气没那么冷的时候，见到更多新老朋友们加入我们！

站在一起，看见彼此! 一个立足美国，向亚裔提供社群支持和民权倡导的草根非盈利机构。
我们是一群关注社会正义、从事各行各业的社区服务者。我们并非政府机构，也不是商业组织，而是基于共同经验与责任感自发聚集的草根群体。 我们来自不同背景，但都有一个共同的认知：在关键时刻，一条清晰的信息、一个能拨打的号码、一个愿意回应的组织，往往能改变一个人乃至一个家庭的处境。 我们希望成为连接、支持与行动的起点，让一个个真实的人不必独自挣扎在绝境里，让你在最难的时刻，知道自己不是一个人。
亚裔群体在美国作为有色的少数族裔可能会遇到各种难题。尤其是当新移民来到陌生的环境时，常常会有语言障碍、法律知识匮乏、社会保障体系不熟悉等问题，以至在遇到突发状况时无所适从。比如在面对执法人员时，不清楚如何行使自己的基本权利；在遇到紧急情况时，无法及时联系到合适的法律援助或社会资源。 而随着政策的浮动，新移民突然遭遇拘捕和被遣返的风险正在加大，当没有足够的准备和可信任的社群支持时，很容易会陷入孤立无助的境地。 我们成立此组织，正是希望能为新移民建立互助网络、提供有效的预案和应对机制，确保在危难时刻彼此能得到帮扶。
1. 紧急联系与响应 加入我们的紧急联系人和响应系统，确保在突发事件中，至少有一个可靠的人了解你的情况，并能为你采取必要行动。 2. 资源协调 在紧急情况下，我们会帮助协调联系相关社区应急响应者， 确保在你无法自主发声时，仍然能连接到外界资源。 3.风险应对信息 即时获取应对风险的必要信息，介绍可信的法律与公益资源。 4.线上线下活动 优先参与权益普法讲座、社区互助联谊、在地草根行动等。
