You can leave “that” out of 90% of a manuscript and still have it make sense!

My new strategy for finishing anything is to do the opposite of what neurotypical white dude writers say I should do (write everyday, write first edit later etc.) I’m pretty sure this will be successful because i’m doing it out of spite. #writesky #adhdwriter

I really refuse to look at my own writing when it's in process, huh?
Weirdly enough, it does help to just get into the flow and not edit while I write, helps with adhd distraction

Also in case you don’t know what body doubling is, it is when you ask a person to sit with you while you do a task.
Just knowing they are there while I’m working helps me stay focused. Even when it is hard. Or if I’m stuck. It works for my brain!
