Tried the #Abbots brand chorizo and it didn't disappoint.
Fast, easy & cooked in one pan.

•1 container Abbot's chorizo
•2 cps frozen chopped kale
•1 cp frozen peppers & onions
•1 Tb Gochujang paste
•Tofutti sour cream
•tortillas
•Shredded lettuce
•sea salt
Cook everything in a pan & serve🤌🏼
