"Float No.12" in a contextual setting. This is the companion piece to No.11 (view in prior post) however, the works are strong enough on their own to stand alone. These days, I rarely create individual works as I have grown into working at a minimum of pairs, trios and my favorite, quartets. The trick to developing art like this is making sure the works are powerful enough individually and/or to create a strong dialogue between the pieces when they are grouped.
