#AccountabilityPost for ya.. Haven’t slept much this week so figured if I drain the tank today it should work wonders. Lifted this morning, then sprints on the treadmill followed by a Tarps off slower jog outside in the sun. #TeamNoSleep
Early workout today, upper body. It was more challenging than usual - probably resulting from the beer and mules that were consumed last night (but my goodness I needed that). I did mostly complete it, although the monkey pushups got the better of me. 29/? #AccountabilityPost
Workout completed for the day, and today was all core. Added a couple of sets, and all went well. Legs are tender from yesterday, but thankfully no DOMS. 28/? #AccountabilityPost
Completed today's workout despite *really* not being in the mood. (Go me!) Today was full body with the bigger kettlebell, and it went fairly well. Squats turn out to be manageable if I slow down the movements, even with the heavier weight, so I'll go with that for now. 27/? #AccountabilityPost
