Rewind Recap: Weekly Update W/E 03/08/25 And just like that August is here. Hello August. Weird start to the month, mostly because of work, but that's another story entirely and nothing to do with books, so we shall move on. Didn't do much due to a full on week in the office. Did manage to submit my training draft portfolio off on time and had pretty positive feedback from my Coach so I'll take that.

A huge fan of Kay’s other memoirs, this was a no brainer for me. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this one. It has humour, heart and a bit of sass - all that you’d expect from Kay.

Book #9 #TwastheNightbeforeChristmas by #AdamKay is another sarcastic, scathing take on his life as NHS junior doctor. I read his first book #thisisgoingtohurt in late ‘22 and loved his writing and wicked humor. This was equally good.
