立派な日本人のジャズファンなら，彼の名前から想起するのはアガルタ・パンゲアなんだと思うけど，ワタクシはこれ一択。トミー・フラナガン，ジョージ・ムラーツ，アル・フォスターによる快作。これで全メンバー鬼籍に入った。
高校時代，生れて初めて買ったモダンジャズのLP。CDでも買い直し，Spotifyでも落とし，今も折に触れ耳から流し込んでいる。
ジャズと言えばスイング（ハリー・ジェイムス）とフリー（坂田明）しか聴いていなかったワタクシの人生を大きく変えてくれた一枚。感謝の念は筆舌に尽くしがたい。
