गुजारा भत्ता: महिला ने पति से मांगे 12 करोड़, मुंबई में घर और बीएमडब्ल्यू, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दी खुद कमाने की नसीहत India News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को गुजारा भत्ता मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि शिक्षित महिलाओं को अपनी आजीविका के लिए कमाना चाहिए। मुख्य न्यायाधीश बी.आर. गवई ने एक महिला को फटकार लगाई, जो 18 महीने की शादी के बाद मुंबई में घर और 12 करोड़ रुपये मांग रही थी। कोर्ट ने उनकी मांगों पर सवाल उठाए। दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने भी ऐसी राय दी थी। मुख्य न्यायाधीश की टिप्पणी मुख्य न्यायाधीश बी.आर. गवई ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता, जो एक आईटी पेशेवर और एमबीए है, को गुजारा भत्ता मांगने के बजाय काम करना चाहिए। उन्होंने सवाल किया कि 18 महीने की शादी के बाद वह मुंबई में घर और बीएमडब्ल्यू क्यों मांग रही हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षित महिलाओं को अपनी मर्जी से काम न करने का फैसला नहीं करना चाहिए।
