#AllWeathers #birdoftheday is a frigid, plump American Robin. I think this is the first bird that I ever photographed! And a Bufflehead Duck with geese and Mallards hanging out on ice.
Today’s #BirdOfTheDay theme is #AllWeathers, so here are some birds in rain (brown-throated parakeet) and snow (cardinal), and the two ducks (mallard couple) are actually hovering in the face of strong winds, not flying per se. 😉 😀

The Harrington mudflat (here on Saint Simons Island) is adorned with six Spoonies on a dreary day from last autumn. The Spoonies’ buddy, Wilson the Wood Stork finds his way into the photo. The Spoonbill reflections struggle to add a little more pink to the scene.
