PS3/Xbox 360 have a lot of their catalog still stuck in limbo.
Thankfully Steam - and Steam Deck - exist so we can play those hidden gems of the 7th console generation.

I wonder why Obsidian has forgotten about their roleplaying roots. Now they seem determined to just make light RPGs. I miss the days when they didn't have time to make the game because of all the roleplay options. Avowed could have been made by anyone.

There are some interesting concepts here but the game I feel most reminded of is #alphaprotocol which I enjoyed when it was 5 dollars.

I played through #AlphaProtocol on “Recruit” mode so I could unlock “Veteran” mode and actually having skills unlocked in the early game makes the first suite of missions bearable. I love this game but it’s balance is all over the place
