In aller Kürze die für mich wichtigsten Erkenntnisse:

1) Durchbruchsinfektion mit #BA4/#BA5 führt zu hohen Antikörpern-Titern gegen #Omikron (auch BA.1 und 2)! Das heisst die Befürchtung, eine Omikroninfektion würde keinen Immunschutz auslösen trifft nicht zu!

Omicron will continue to evade vaccines and antibodies from previous infections. I got sick with four vaccines, last one a booster within 50 days of having had it. #BA4 #BA5 are on the way and will ruin tourist season, drive hospitals into untenable situation.

Best thing I heard in a while. Today from my GP when I told him we we're upgrading our masks to Can99 style. His response: "Yep. Protect *yourselves*". THAT in itself, told me all I needed to know. Sad that our leaders & their health ministers have gone silent. #BA4 #BA5
