Ughhh back to work today😕 Idk if it was the fact that I was going back to work today, but my sleep anxiety got bad last night. I was sweating even though it was freezing cold. My heart was pounding. It took awhile to regulate myself. I just hope it’s a good day today. #sleepanxiety #back2work
