This is a drawn cartoon about procycling with spectator Dr. Freakinstyle who witnesses and comments on procycling races. This particular cartoon is about Jan-Willem van Schip being disqualified during the Tour of Holland for using the wrong seatpost. In the drawing we see on de left Jan-Willem van Schip on his bike with an extreme long stem and angled seatpost. He is saying; ‘What?’ In the middle we see Dr. Freakinstyle with his hands in front of his face saying; ‘Oh, really’?’ and on the right we see a large dinosaur being a UCI official calling someone else from the UCI saying; ‘This guy is ruining my afternoon nap. Do something.’ On the other side he got a reply saying; ‘How? We approved it.’ The Dinosaur replying; ‘I don’t know. Eliminate him on the seatpost or something.’

Jan-Willem van Schip got disqualified for competing with the wrong seatpost. Although having used this setup for other races, the UCI stepped in to overrule.
