The Forge was an open-membership "book club", with a mission statement, & once it did what it was there to do, it folded intentionally.

Okay, #bigbadcon write-up
This was my first year attending AND as a POC Scholar. I was interested in Big Bad because... I tend to feel isolated without many POC in my immediate TTRPG communities within Europe and I wanted to bring back lessons on how to grow & uplift that locally.

One of the ways I felt like I was with my people at #bigbadcon was in my final game. I had taken off a layer to cool off, which showed off one of my tattoos and when I said "it's from the siberian ice maiden!" EVERYONE immediately knew what I meant. There were others but that was a high point.
