Written by Greg Rucka with interiors by Rick Burchett, this issue served as a prelude to the 'Bruce Wayne: Murderer?' storyline which followed. DC actually sold this comic for 10 Cents, to engage new readers and spur comic sales, they did the same with a 'Superman 10-Cent Adventure' one shot and a follow up 'Batman 12-Cent Adventures' a few years later. Despite this novel concept the 10-cent adventures never fully took off.
