One thing I am really passionate about is fermenting. Here I am trying to ferment the fruit of a tuckerbush an Australian type of Tamarind. It has a really strong tangy flavor and it is rather hard to seperate the flesh from the seeds.

Walking through the woodland by the river, we came across some pretty bushes with red berries! I didn't have my plant ID app with me (always good to have time away from my phone), so I used the sniff,crush, taste method. All good, so I ate some. Turns out, they're Australian currants!
