Seven years ago today, on February 23, 2019, I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, which despite radiation, surgery, and chemo later metastasized to my lungs twice.
Today I celebrated my #cancerversary by doing this for 3.5 hours with a group of good friends.

Today is a special day for me, not that it's St Valentine's Day, it's also my #Cancerversary, it's 11 years to the day since I was diagnosed with cancer. Life has never been the same since, the diagnosis was terrifying but I found a world where I meet and work with some amazing people. ๐ค

Just realized it's my 14 year #cancerversary today. Diagnostic mamm 2 investigate a tiny tuck on my L breast Feb 4, 2011. Mamm all clear; U/S not so much. Biopsy Feb 8. Phone call from rad onc Feb 11 telling me I had #lobular #BC (which I'd never heard of) in BOTH breasts. #CanSky #MedSky #FUcancer

Today, 19 years ago, I received my stem cell transplant after all the high-dose chemo to treat my lymphoma. My memories of this are still pretty vivid, even after all this time.

#notfallout I wish this time of year wasn't so hard im so close to my #cancerversary it brings it all back up. So few relate to it, the feelings of it. I fucking hate cancer, and feel guilty because I survived and so many don't. It took so much nonetheless.
Visited Adams desk cave yesterday in the creation club add on. My way of celebrating #WorldCancerDay and my own #cancerversary which is the same day (Feb 4th). Was so cool to see this, and revisit #Fallout 3 through #Fallout4. I desperately want a remaster now. #fallout3
